Make the everyday work
La Duquesa combines a marina with restaurants and coastal walks. Coto Real and Bahía de las Rocas offer a different residential setting away from the waterfront. Compare the actual distance to shops, the access road and the nearest practical beach entrance.
Manilva village has an inland setting associated with the surrounding vineyards, while Sabinillas offers a town-and-seafront routine. Neither should be assumed to be walking distance from every property marketed under Manilva. Test the trips you would make most often.
Start with the school and activities you would actually use, then test the journey from the property at your usual time. Include parking, drop-off queues and the return trip. Confirm places and transport arrangements directly with the school.
